UCO Mini FlatPack Charcoal Grill
#1
I've always loved BBQ'ing with charcoal and have missed it since started van dwelling full time 11 months ago.  Sooo...did some research on portable grills and decided on the UCO Mini FlatPack.  Available on Amazon, $29.99; they also have a larger one for $10 more but the Mini size appeared to fit my needs.  I received it Friday and put it to use immediately on some pork chops and sliced potatoes.  It's very stable, comes with its own compact case and cooked great.  I was also concerned about how much it might warp/peel after being used.  Non issue...great material, no warp, easy cleanup (spray PAM on it before use and cleans up nicely). It disassembled and fit back into its case.  Very happy with the purchase.

The girls gave it their stamp of approval.  Additionally it mentions being good to burn the fire logs you buy in stores.  Highly endorse and have nothing personal to gain if you purchase or not...just thought I'd pass on a good piece of equipment that takes up so little space and provides a great service.  Thanks HDR for reminding me of the product review section.

I dunno, I think it needs a 'taste test' to verify the review.

Where you at?
