WOMEN ONLY!!! WRTR "Releasing Stress / Reaching Goals" class check-in!
Hi All,

I wanted to start a new thread on this, to make sure that there's more of a reach out to the Women's RTR "Releasing Stress / Reaching Goals" mini-class participants.  At the time I gave the class, I didn't fully realize the 'mentoring' aspect of it, and that's why I didn't give out my information more, or take info from others.  Maybe that's for the best, as my life has been at a frantic pace since that very class (I unexpectedly had to leave right away--for an opportunity that presented itself), so I've been trying to practice what I preached. Wink  

Anyway, I would love to hear from anyone who caught the class if they are interested in a once-a-month or bi-weekly check-in or something similar.  We can also start a thread to leave tips for each other, or to write about specific experiences (particularly if they're positive--I think it's important to talk about what works).  Remember, everyone has their own unique chemistry makeup, so what works to calm me down and feel better individually may not work for you.  That's why it's important to try different things!

I loved your class, but unfortunately with a low amount of data right now I can't do a regular check in. I'll check in when I can if you get this started!
