Coleman has a kitchen unit, though less ascetically pleasing, was very functional. I used mine for years, until it was stolen with the rest of my camping gear, last year.

Bonus it folds up to 39" x 20" 7" like a suitcase with a handle and only weighs 26 pounds. Hope to get another, as it was perfect for cooking and keeping the mess outside. Ha! I don't think I would have paid over $50.00 for it, now they're $150.00!
Cyndi,

There's another version by Coleman, but I've seen a couple of complaints that the surface will be damaged if it gets wet, which seems odd in something meant for camping. Did you have any problems with that? It looks like the kind of thing I'd like to have myself...
I didn't have any problems with it at all! I had that table for a lot of years!
I can't say, however, that I ever left any water on it, to soak in and I always cover everything at night to keep the dew off.
